Walk Through: A Vital Part of Your Cleaning Service

Walk through's are key to making sure the detail and presentation of your cleanings are first class!
 
For initial cleanings we will offer to do a walk through with a client at the end before we leave as a team. If they are out of the home we offer to text them 30min prior to wrapping up. This ensure them we care about the quality of our cleanings and are not above accountability and feedback. Their satisfaction is our success and we want to make sure any possible minor concerns are dealt with immediately. It also saves the company money and time to not have to send a team member back to redo an area. If a client does not have the ability or want to do a walk through we remind them of our 24 hour policy.
 
Even if the team has been on the home regularly it helps to have a second pair of eyes to look over work they themselves have not done. It also fosters the "got your back like a backpack" mentality when each team member cares about the other's work.
